BIOCHEM SOLUTIONS INC. incorporated on November 13, 1992, is a development-stage company. On June 16, 2006, we entered into a contract to acquire rights and a master license providing all the rights in a biochemical, Trioxolane. We will provide funding for the further development of the patents and applications and related products. We are to schedule the third-stage clinical trials for treatment human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) / acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).
